Bookings are agreements directly between musicians and churches. ChurchSync facilitates connections but is not a party to these agreements. All terms, conditions, and details of bookings should be clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions. ChurchSync may charge service fees for transactions, which will be disclosed before completion.
Cancellation policies should be agreed upon between musicians and churches. ChurchSync may have default cancellation policies, but users are encouraged to establish their own terms. Refund disputes should be resolved directly between parties, though ChurchSync may provide dispute resolution assistance.
Users may post reviews and ratings about their experiences. Reviews must be truthful, fair, and based on actual experiences. ChurchSync reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or are determined to be fraudulent, defamatory, or inappropriate.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of ChurchSync or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant ChurchSync a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

ChurchSync's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChurchSync in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChurchSync, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact ChurchSync to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChurchSync regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
